Terms of service
1. Who we are
The SERU practice course ("the Service") is provided by MiniSage Tech Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17229324, registered office 18 Crowthorp Road, Northampton, NN3 5DU, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). Contact: support@seru-course.co.uk.
2. What the Service is, and is not
The Service is an online practice course for people preparing for the TfL SERU assessment for London private hire drivers. It is independent. We are not TfL, TfL has not approved it, and it is not an official test. Our questions are written by us from public material and are not real exam questions. We do not guarantee that you will pass the real assessment or that our practice scores predict your result. Fees, formats and rules for the real assessment are set by TfL and can change; check TfL.
3. Free practice exam
You can take the free practice exam without an account. We limit it to one attempt per day per browser and network. It does not include explanations.
4. Paid products
Each product is a one-off payment taken through Stripe. Access starts at payment and lasts for the period shown. Products are separate: buying one does not extend another. We are not registered for VAT, so the price shown is the full price you pay.

Route exercises use invented street grids, not a real map of London. Feedback is automatic and indicative only. Some place facts in the questions are checked against OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors). |
| English Speaking Coach | £29 | 8 weeks | Practice for the TfL B1 English speaking and listening requirement: test-style questions read out by a recorded or computer voice, and automatic AI feedback on your spoken answers (what we heard, scores from 0 to 3, fixes and a better answer). Up to 40 answers are checked per day. The scores are practice feedback only. They are not a test result, they are not issued or approved by TfL or any test provider, and they do not predict your result. |
5. Your account
You sign in with a link we email to the address used at checkout. One account is for one person. Do not share it. If we see more than 3 simultaneous sessions we may contact you and, if sharing continues, end access without refund. Keep your email account secure.
6. Digital content and your right to cancel
See our refund policy. At checkout you will be asked to agree that access starts straight away and that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once it does.
7. Machine translations
Explanations in languages other than English are produced by AI translation. They are marked as machine translation and may contain mistakes. The English explanation is the reference.
8. Acceptable use
Do not copy, resell or publish the questions or explanations, scrape the Service, or try to bypass limits. We may suspend access for breach of these terms.
9. Telegram (optional)
You may link a Telegram account to receive daily questions and to message the course assistant. You can pause with /stop and unlink with /unlink at any time. Telegram's own terms apply to your use of Telegram.
9a. The course assistant
The assistant in the site chat and in Telegram answers questions about our products, your progress and the licence process, using our own content. It is automated and can make mistakes. It does not give legal, immigration, medical or financial advice, and it cannot speak for TfL. Check important facts with TfL. Please do not send it sensitive personal information (for example health details or ID numbers).
10. Our liability
We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of licence applications, fees paid to TfL, lost earnings, or indirect loss arising from your use of the Service or your result in the real assessment. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
11. Changes and ending
We may improve or change the Service. If we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we will tell you by email. If the Service or a product closes during your paid period we will refund the unused part.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK you keep the protection of your local law and may use your local courts.
