Refund policy
1. Your 14-day right to cancel, and digital content
If you buy online from a UK business you normally have 14 days to cancel. For digital content that starts immediately, you lose that right once access begins, if you have agreed to this before paying. On the secure payment page (Stripe) you tick this box:
I ask MiniSage Tech Ltd to give me access to what I am buying straight away. I understand that once access begins I lose my right to cancel within 14 days.
You cannot pay without ticking it. After payment we confirm this by email.
2. Our voluntary 7-day refund
This is on top of your legal rights. You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of payment:
- SERU Course: if you have opened fewer than 20% of the explanations for questions you answered wrongly. If you opened more, we may refuse, because you have then used the main part of the course.
- Licence Companion and Topographical Trainer: if you have not started using the product (no checklist steps marked, no practice questions or routes answered).
- English Speaking Coach: if fewer than 5 of your spoken answers have been checked.
We check this from our records. Each product is refunded on its own: a refund of one product does not end access to another.
To ask, email support@seru-course.co.uk from the address you used at checkout. Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 working days. When we refund, your access ends.
3. If something is wrong
If the Service does not work as described, or we have charged you in error, write to us and we will fix it or refund you. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for faulty digital content are not affected by this policy.
4. No pass guarantee
We do not offer a refund because of your result in the real TfL assessment. We do not guarantee a pass.
5. Extensions
The same rules apply to a 4-week extension, measured from the date you buy it.
